Order Processing

Orders will be processed as soon as possible after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Advance Payment Policy

For all orders above PKR 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable).

We currently ship to Pakistan.

Failed Deliveries
